Ah-In Kim is a Student Pedagogical Partner Fellow at the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University. In this role, she conducts classroom observations and provides feedback to professors. Additionally, Ah-In contributes to a multi-site research study on effective teaching and co-creates resources with TIIP staff. She is a sophomore at Rutgers University- New Brunswick with a major in Mathematics and a minor in either Data Science or Statistics. Outside of work, Ah-In prefers watching movies, spending time with friends, and working out.
